Dr William Chong BSc MBCHb

Born in Liverpool, Bill moved with his family to the Birmingham area at an early age. After high school, he graduated from university as a Bachelor of Medicine.

He moved back to his native Merseyside in 1982, taking up a post at the Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology. Following this, he completed his training in General Practice.

In 1989 he became a partner in a busy PCT group practice based on the Wirral, and where he has since remained.

Bill is chairman of the WHCS trustees.
